Quiz: Making ganache

Hey,

I know in the video and the recipe you used cream, but the quiz said milk (and that's the correct answer). Wouldn't milk seize the chocolate though, or is it an option?

Thanks

Hi, I must admit to use milk with great success when making a milk chocolate ganache. However, I have found milk helpful to thin out my ganache with a measure of control when I require it to be thinner dependent on look I am attempting on my cake or cupcake.
High cocoa content may seize with milk but a combination of cream and full fat milk seems to work for me.
Good luck
Hope that helps!
