how do I re do the quizz on the cooking lessons

Hi Fahmeeda,
If you have passed the quiz you will not need to (or be able to) redo the quiz. However if you haven't passed a quiz you will be able to re-so it by going to the lesson page as you normally would and clicking on the quiz link at the bottom.
