Oops!
Seems I did not follow golden rule no 1....... Finished batter, popped them into to oven and saw 4 lovely fresh eggs staring back at me.......completely forgot to add them!
New rule on my side - follow tutorial with no screaming kids in the kitchen - it seems to cause some crucial little mistakes!
Take two came out perfectly - now for some coffee & a slice of cake.
