Baking Pans

Does using glass ,Stainless Steel or aluminium baking pans make a difference to the end result of cakes or biscuits. and does it affect the amount of time for baking .

Hi Keshnee,

Yes there is a difference to the end result of your cake depending on what pan you use. Glass is not normally used for baking.
The biggest different will be in the colour of your pans. Darker pans with brown the baked good more.
It's best to check on your cakes and cookies regularly and definitely once they've been in for the shortest time indicated in the recipe.
