Hard edges.
I baked the sponge cake with mocha icing. It was beautiful, but the edges were a bit hard. The inside was magnificent. I can only think the oven should have been at 180 deg.

I'm very bad when it comes to following recipe instructions - I baked mine at 180 degrees and it came out moist on the edges. I have learnt that ovens react differently.
