I have enjoyed all your courses so far, and learnt loads. All your course presenters are great, but I found the French Classics course the most valuable and fun so far. I have tried all Franck's recipes and every single one of them was superb. I was thrilled when Franck personally helped out when I put a question on the forum. I have been cooking from his first book "Feast" for the last 10 years ,so I am a huge fan....

Why has his 'Easy Entertaining' course been removed from the forthcoming attractions? I have been looking forward to it, and it was his courses that made me buy a full year access to the cooking school.

I am very keen to buy his second book 'Feast at Home' but cant find it online. Can Yuppiechef perhaps get hold of some stock?

Hello Penelope

Thanks so much for getting in touch and for your encouraging comments. I've passed them on to Franck. Easy Entertaining will be released in late September. We've held it back because it's perfectly suited to Spring in South Africa. It's a winner - you'll love it. Thanks also for the suggestion to stock 'Feast at Home'. We'll look into it.
