In the Quick and Easy Dinners 2 Course, Lesson 2 Seafood.
Kamini makes homemade orange mayonnaise. In the recipe supplied by the course she has that she uses 1 cup of oil and 2 egg yolks. In the lesson notes on mayonnaise, it states the simple ratio for mayonnaise is 1 egg yolk to 1 cup oil. Which is better to follow?
