Hi
I would like to try my hand at making soft toffees. Can anyone assist with a recipe please?

I can't find much about soft toffees, but the Spatula magazine has this article which might be useful.

I found this one about making some tasty chewy toffee, but I haven't seen it tested. It's had some great reviews though, so might be worth a shot.
