I have recently started up my home run cake decorating business and love learning new techniques and getting new ideas all the time. hows about adding cake decorating course? and then having a forum where budding bakers can have cake decorating questions answered and get ideas from other bakers and cake decorators...with tutorial on how to make flowers for example using the tools bought from yuppiechef

It's a great idea Candice. We have a whole lot of new courses in the pipeline and this is definitely something we think will interest a lot of people.
