Espresso cake change overnight.
Hallo.
I baked the espresso cake yesterday. was really nice. With the first slice is was soft, slightly crumbling. Really nice. We put the rest in the refrigerator. The next day it was dense. Not dried out but not as light. I thought i read wrong about baking powder vs baking soda. But I didnt. Why did it go dense?
