Hi!
I usually find normal cake recipes too sweet as i do not have a sweet tooth, how can i reduce the amount of sugar without disturbing the balance of the cake mixture? What other adjustments would i need to make?

I ALWAYS reduce the sugar in a recipe to about half, never have any problems with the dough and it tastes great (still sweet and delicious and satisfying).

Other things you could do is use apple juice and reduce some of the sugar and liquid, use pulp from your juicer (like carrot or apple) and decrease the oil and sugar in a recipe or you could use sugar replacements, but I prefer to stay the natural route. I hope this help!
