sometimes we can not get salt free butter from our local shop..they mostly sell salted butter
so my question is can we use any vegetable oil like soyabean, rice bran or sunflower oil?
and should we use the same quantity of oil like butter in the specified recipe?

Hi Rima, it very much depends on the recipe but in most cases using salted instead of unsalted butter doesn't make too much of a difference to the taste. It is possible to substitute butter for oil (again this is very dependent on the recipe) but the quantities won't be the same.

Do you have a specific recipe in mind?
