why are there no paella pans for sale
I do not see any paella pans on your lsts

Hi Hilary,
For some reason, paella pans are not very popular with our customers. We have no plans to stock them at the moment, but you can pick them up at some specialty stores quite easily (see the Culinary Equipment Company - https://www.culinary.co.za/cookware/paella-pans). If you cannot find one, a large frying pan works well as a substitute - what you need is a wide, flat surface area without very high sides.
