Silicone Moulds using in Lindt Chocolate course
Hi, I have searched the internet for a supplier of Silicone Moulds (half sphere) used for the Mousse. I can only find small ones at the www.bakingtin.co.za. Does anyone know where else I could source them? Preferably online, because I don't live in the land of the "big smoke" ;)

Thanks for getting in touch. Silicone moulds in various shapes are available at most speciality baking stores. If you'd prefer to shop online, here is a good option at Pick 'n Pay
Fortunately with this recipe, you don't have to use the exact same shape shown in the demonstration. As long as it's silicone, it will work beautifully. We're also looking at adding the half sphere moulds to our range, so we'll let you know if this goes ahead.
