Cooking course lifetime access
I purchased a year's subscription to your cooking school last June. I have not renewed my subscription. You advertise that there is a lifetime access to courses purchased. As of 1 July I see I no longer have access to my courses. Why not?

Thanks for getting in touch. Earlier this year, we introduced lifetime access as a benefit for customers choosing to purchase the courses individually. Up until that point, individual courses were available for 2 years only, after which time access expired.
By creating membership and single course purchase options, we've tried to cater to different needs. Annual members get access to all the courses immediately for a much lower cost per course, but the membership expires after a year. Monthly members get access to all courses for as long as they continue to pay the monthly fee, which also amounts to a lower cost per course.
