Anyone know where you can get the various ingredients in the Chocolate course. Liquid glucose, transfer sheets etc?

Thanks

Went to four places today, the three suggested and http://www.thechocden.co.za/index.php?action=changePage&page=homepage

The Chocolate Den had the best variety of chocolate related stuff, and was the only one with transfer sheets:)

Hi Mike

Liquid glucose is available at most baking stores. If you struggle to find it, you can substitute it for golden syrup or honey. Just bear in mind that you will taste the honey or syrup in the truffle, whereas liquid glucose has no flavour.

You can buy chocolate transfer sheets here, either in packs of 50 or individually. They have a range of different designs to choose from: http://www.thebakingtin.co.za/22-chocolate-transfer-sheets

Enjoy the course and let us know if we can help with anything else along the way :)
