Oreo and Nutella Cheese Cake
Would love to make the Oreo and Nutella Cheese Cake, but have never baked a
cheese cake without EGGS.......what binds this cake???

It looks just delicious, doesn't it?
As it is an almost no bake cheesecake, it is closer to a chilled cheesecake than a baked one. That little bit of baking that does happen activates the cornflour to work as a binding agent and set the cream cheese mixture.
