Hi Deepshikha

We stock a great alternative for eggs, it's an egg replacer that can be used in cakes and meringues: http://www.yuppiechef.com/orgran.htm?id=12609&name=Orgran-Gluten-Free-No-Egg-Natural-Egg-Replacer-200g

In terms of baking powder to flour ratio, using approximately 1.5 teaspoons to 1 cup of flour should do the trick.

Hope this helps!
