Magimix
I only have a Magimix! I used it to mix the cake mixture, does the mixing of the sugar and butter 5min rule vary using a Magimix ? As the Magimixer is a whole lot faster. I started baking and I think I overmixed the batter as its loose and runny now. I'm new to a Magimix !
The mixture wont really work now will it ?

Hi Nikki,
Whenever you mix your cake batter you want to keep an eye on it as you can over mix. The 5 minute rule is a guide and won't always work if you're using faster tools. Take a look at the advice a recipe gives you about what colour and texture the mixture should be at each stage. Keeping those suggestions in mind along with the timing guide will help you get the best results.
Also double check the Magimix's manual to ensure that you're using the best attachment for the job.
