How to care for Wusthof chopping board
What can I put on Wusthof chopping board? Mine is very dry and is cracking.

Oiling your beechwood board is a good way to maintain it and prevent it from drying out. Simply put some oil on a cloth and rub it into the surface, making sure it seeps into the cracks. Repeat this over a few days. It is best to use food grade mineral oil, which you should be able to find in larger DIY stores.
Also, try not to leave your board in water, this causes the wood to crack.
