What is wrong with recipe?
I baked my loaf and it came out very hard on the outside. It was still edible but too hard to serve to anyone. Can anyone please tell me what I did wrong?

Think quite a few people were baking banana bread over the weekend and we've had some great reports so we're sad to hear it may not have worked out for you. Perhaps your oven was too hot? Or the bananas very small?
