Hi, Annatjie

I believe the tool you're referring to is also called a 'rosette iron' or 'rosette mould'?

It's usually intricately designed moulds attached to an iron handle, with which you'd make either cookies, pastry bases or lids for pies or tarts. You dip the mould into a pastry or batter and then submerge it into hot oil, like you would a bagel (water) or cook sister.

I found this Youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxAKDEV3UuM) that illustrates what I mean. Is that correct?

It seems we don't stock anything like this for the moment, but it's something we'll look into in future. I've done a Google search for 'Rosette Iron' and a few results came up on other stores and market places. Hope that helps.

Take care,
Jon
