Care instructions
- Don't submerge or soak in water
- Don't put in a dishwasher
- Wipe only with a damp cloth, as the extremes of heat or moisture will damage the wood
Laid Back Co recommends oiling with olive oil regularly to help protect the oak, but please note that this will darken the colour and appearance of the oak. Other food safe oils, like linseed oil, would also be okay to use. When using oils on trays or items sitting on table- or countertops, be sure they are dry and excess oil is absorbed before placing back down.

An excellent product - worth the price!
Just love this bread bin! It is quite large, holds two large loaves, bread rolls and even my rusks! It fits nicely on my kitchen counter top and looks good!

Perfect for Sourdough
I bought this wooden bin as it is best way to store sourdough bread. Prior I was going through many brown paper bags. Have tried it it works brilliantly and 3 days later the bread was still fresh. When you cut sourdough in half place the cut side facing down on the bin bottom to keep moisture in.

Brilliant
Process in ordering and receiving was brilliant! Bread bin is just terrific and looks great in my kitchen. Best of all I have fooled the monkeys as they can't see my bread! So I now don't have unwanted visitors in my kitchen!

Stay away.
I bought this product a couple of years ago and did all that is required for usually taking care of wood, for example, giving it a light sanding and treating it with very specific wood oil, etc. Despite all the "love and care" I gave it the lid of the bin still warped very badly. Nothing but poor quality. Will never buy any of the same product line. Very very disappointing after paying all tha Read more

I love this bread bin
I love this bread bin. Not only does it look beautiful, but it is also a wonderful size. I've finally found a bread bin that fits all of my bread (3 loaves, plus more than enough space below the bread to store wraps). My bread is now packed away and my counter tops are clear and lovely. I highly recommend this product.
