This is a dream pan for omelettes using an induction stove.
Excellent quality, I love this pan. Being on Keto, I eat a lot of eggs and omelettes, and this pan is beyond perfect for that. I struggled to find an omelette pan for an induction stove, and this little boss is the business. Strong solid base and perfect for omelettes in minutes without using oil or butter.

Perfect for roti.
Amazing quality and really sturdy. The handle doesn’t get hot even after long periods on the stove (though it will get hot in the oven). Use it for roti and it works fantastic. Other pans I’ve tried warped, but this one holds its shape.

A solid non-stick pan!
This pan is quite lightweight and robust at the same time. The non-stick coating seems to be fantastic, I can cook eggs without using any butter or oil. I have gone through several non-stick pans over the years and mostly none of them lasted more than a year, so if this really lasts 2 years (given that it comes with 2-year warranty) it would be a huge win!
