The Pasta Roller helps you guide sheets of fresh homemade dough through and get the desired thickness. You can then cut the pasta sheets into thick pappardelle noodles or squares for ravioli or run the sheets through the fettuccine or spaghetti cutter for perfectly uniform pasta.

Make pasta like an Italian!
Making your own pasta couldn't be easier with these nifty attachments. Personally, I am glad that I didn't get a manual pasta maker. With this attachment both hands are free and the machine literally does all the work. An added bonus is utilizing your KitchenAid to do more than just mix!

Worth Getting!
Everything from KitchenAid is easy to attach. It is a simple matter of removing the protective cover off the motor, inserting the drive and tightening the screw. Once that is done it is A for AWAY. All you have to do is make the pasta dough. The dough is then put through the rollers with the motor at a speed you can cope with - not too fast however. Life-saving product.
This is the game changer from manual pasta rollers! Smooth and seamless especially when working in a restaurant environment! The pasta is rolling out of the kitchen and we couldn’t be happier! Never using manual again!
