This 5-piece knife block set conveniently comes with a removable 2-stage ceramic sharpener to maintain your knives. The knife block keeps your knives neatly and safely stored and easy to access.

How to use the sharpener
- Always place on a flat surface and grip handle firmly
- Starting from the point closest to the handle, place blade in groove marked ensuring it is straight and perpendicular to the sharpener
- Draw the knife back towards you until the tip of the blade reaches the sharpening wheel. Do not saw the knife backwards and forwards
- Repeat up to 10 times depending on sharpness required
- Transfer blade to groove marked 2 and repeat
- Wash and dry blade before cutting food
