Use and care:

• Fully extend the appliance’s power cable before each use
• Only use the appliance with properly fitted, non-defective accessories. Replace damaged parts immediately
• If the on/off switch is faulty, don't use the appliance

Instructions for use:

• Before first use:
  • Remove all packaging before use
  • Wash all food-contact parts as per the cleaning instructions before first use
  • Light smoke may appear on first use due to factory-applied grease — this is normal and will stop shortly

During use:

• Place food on the lower platform and secure with the food pusher
• Set your desired slice thickness using the control dial
• Switch on the appliance
• Use the food pusher to guide food toward the blade

Operating modes:

• This appliance has two modes: Automatic (I) and Manual (II)
• Mode I: Blade runs continuously until switched to O
• Mode II: Blade runs only while the switch is held down

After use:

• Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning
• Let it cool down completely
• Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry
• Never use bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasives
• Don't immerse in water or rinse under running water
• Handle blades carefully — they are very sharp
• Clean regularly to prevent food build-up and surface damage
• Not dishwasher safe
• Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling or storing

Removable blade for effective cleaning:

• To clean the blade, unscrew the plastic bolt in the centre
• Wash both sides with soap and water using a soft sponge or cloth
• Rinse and dry thoroughly
• Reattach the blade after cleaning
