I absolutely love the NOMU Cajun Rub. Its fabulous. I like trying new things, to break away from the same old mundane food ritual week in and week out. And since I love to braai on weekends, what better way to spice up your meat. It gives you that smoky and New Orleans twist. I love it.

I love this Nomu Cajun spice mix, I buy a few pots of it at a time because I never want to run out.

It is flavourful and delicious but not spicy (I have a very low heat tolerance).
