This product works well at temperatures up to 200c
I was looking for sheets for bread baking and bought 2 of these which buckled along the ridged edge at 240c. My fault for not doing proper research. I still use them for bread baking but would buy more carefully next time.

Pleased I bought it
I use the baking sheet to bake ready-made meals and it works well for this purpose. The surface is easy-to-clean. I washed it in the dishwasher and water gets in between the two layers through the 4 holes at the back. Have to ensure that this drains properly before packing it away.
