These work very well.
These are thinner than similar products but hold the heat at bay for long enough to do what you need to.

No burnt fingers!
Some reviews said these felt thin, but I could easily pick a rack out of an airfryer without feeling anything either on my fingers holding the rack or the back of my hands — which had to touch the inside of the hot airfryer basket. I'm happy.

Too thin.
The idea for these mitts is great, but unfortunately, the silicone is too thin and that means that using them to remove anything from the oven/instant pot results in burnt fingers. Doubling them up makes them more heat-resistant, but has a negative result on dexterity.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
