Works like a dream
After my old mandoline slicer got blunt, I bought this nifty guy. I love the option of dual blades - the julienne blade is awesome for thin little ribbons of carrot and onion, and the full blade zips through cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber and more. I love having super thin sliced veggies for salads and stir fries so I use it almost every day!

Clever design features
Good design, including container which collects shaved food and also stores the bits when not in use. Not expensive compared to the others on sale.

Slicing made easy
I use this product to slice my fruit and veg, and it is really easy to use. Items are sliced up quickly and pieces are the same size, which is fantastic for cooking. The product is also very easy to clean.

Humble & Mash Slicer
Although I had not used the product yet, my Son Lawrence, who considers himself a bit of a gourmet, tried it out whilst visiting us on my birthday last Friday. He was so gob smacked, that he asked me to get one for him as well. He was seriously impressed.
