Best ever!
These Yuppiechef baking mats are GENUINELY non-stick (nothing added). Where I previously had to turn my crackers using other liners, with these the crackers come out crisp and dry both sides and just slide off the mats. The mats don't seem to mind me baking with the ends curled up either as they are just too long for my small oven; they just flap down back to normal when I remove them. At the end Read more

Best buy for avid bakers and roasters
The best thing since baking paper and aluminum foil! We have used this sheet to make nachos and pizzas, bake pies, roast veggies and fish. It's easy to clean, reusable (but you knew that) and stores rolled up in a kitchen drawer. Rather a large size (bigger than a standard roasting pan)

awesome product
These silicone baking sheets are a must have. No more wasting money on baking paper , and they cool down really quickly once out of the oven. no sticking and no burning the underside of the biscuits. In fact I considering cutting one up to go on the inside of a baking tin

This product is great
I love using these Yuppiechef silicone mats so much that I even bought a second set. It would be nice to get the macaron one in the large size though. The tracing is perfect for small and large macarons.
