Best buy, EVER!
As many may know, Macarons are not the easiest to make! With the Demarle Silpat Macaron Baking Mat you can be guaranteed perfectly baked and shaped Macarons! A good recipe is the other essential (I could recommend one?) - but this is truly one of the best 'baking' purchases I have ever made!

Excellent Mat
I have always wanted one of these mats. It does just as it promises. I also used it to roll out biscuit dough, which worked a treat. The only problem is I should have brought 2 as it is quite small (needed it to fit my baking sheet though). I shall have to put another one on my birthday list!

Perfect for macaroons.
The perfect backing mat for macaroons. If you follow the instructions and don't heat your oven too hot, your macaroons will turn out perfectly on this mat - and it's easy to remove them.
