Frustrating.
Product works but with 2 very frustrating shortcomings: 1. The child lock timeout should be able to be disabled or at the least extended past 20 seconds. 2. Cup sizes should be configurable. Standard sizes available fit somewhere in the middle of my cups and thus each dispense needs to be manually stopped.

This little machine is worth every cent.
