What a ingenious piece of kitchen ware!
This is such an incredible invention! I have used it for Swiss roll sponge, as a roasting pan and biscuits. You do need to line it with baking paper or foil first if you are using a wet mixture or doing something that can seep through the gap. Tray for all bakes
I had a similar baking tray many years ago, purchased in New Zealand. I have not been able to find a replacement for my old, rusted one for a long time. I was thrilled to see it. My only "complaint" is that the actual ridge where it slots together does not sit flush with the pan. But who sees the underside of the brownies anyway. I love it.

Great product
We have a 60cm wide gas oven and most baking trays don't fit. These adjustable trays are ideal and are well made. Very happy with purchase.
