• Not dishwasher safe
• Allow the pan to cool down before washing
• Use a non-abrasive cleaner with a mild detergent and pat it dry after every wash
• Use lukewarm water to clean the pan and avoid high-temperature washing
• Don't use the Detroit-style pizza pan at temperatures above 700°F/370 °C
• Never expose the pan to direct flame — it will cause discolouration and/or warping
