• Hand wash only
• Rinse food off cutlery immediately after use
• When washing by hand, use warm water and liquid detergent & rinse thoroughly
• Don't scour with an abrasive pad or wire wool
• Dry and polish immediately after washing with a soft cloth
• Prevent cutlery rubbing against each other in storage as this will result in scratches
• Huanghuali (chinese rosewood) is a high value, dense wood and requires a treatment that can penetrate deeply, cure properly and enhance the natural grain
• Treat wooden handles every 3 months with wood oil
• Use sparingly and rub into the wood in the direction of the grain
