Handle seems plasticky.
I was disappointed when I received this - I love the Laguiole styling and while the actual knife seems to be of good quality, the handle seems to be plasticky and has a bit of a "made in china" feel as opposed to the "made in France" standard I was expecting.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
