Amelia Jackson Industries is a Cape Town-based weaver who works with predominantly cotton yarns, using the age-old method of hand weaving on old timber looms. All their products are locally sourced and produced by local artisans.

Beautiful.
I purchased both colours, the natural and the grey. I use them next to my bed (not as bath mats) and simply love them. They are thick and beautiful to look at.

Very disappointing.
Not sure what I expected for R299, and am only giving 3 stars because there’s no 2.5-star option. These bath mats are very thin. There is no cushioning and the cold from the floor tiles comes through almost immediately. They have zero anti-slip properties. You would honestly do better by just putting a hand towel on the floor.
