This Pizza Stone with Handles is your ticket to perfectly crispy, delicious pizza in the comfort of your own home. The glazed stone heats up to extremely high temperatures and transmits that heat into your pizza, creating the crispiest crusts and crunchy melted cheese toppings. It's also great for baking bread, pastries and free-form tarts.

How to use the pizza stone
1. Preheat your oven to 240°C / 464°F with the pizza stone placed in the middle on the lowest rack. Never put a cold pizza stone in a hot oven as the sudden increase in temperature could crack the stone.
2. Place the pizza onto the stone using a pizza paddle or wooden board. Tip: Sprinkling polenta on the stone and the pizza paddle or board helps prevent the pizza base from sticking.
3. When your pizza is ready, you can remove the pizza from the oven, leaving the stone to retain its heat until you're ready to cook the next pizza, or serve directly from the stone at the table.
4. You can cut directly onto the surface of your pizza stone, as the glaze is very resistant.

Care Instructions
1. To clean the pizza stone, simply brush the crumbs off the surface and wipe away any remaining food or grime with a damp cloth or sponge
2. Don't immerse the pizza stone in water as the residual moisture may cause the stone to crack the next time you use it

I own another pizza stone of the unglazed variety, and was given this one to test out at home. I was suitably impressed! The glazed surface means that it's super easy to clean (my other pizza stone leaves a lot of residue behind and is impossible to clean) and it also provides a non-stick effect which means the pizza slides right off and no bits stick to the stone. Crispy, delicious home made pizza :) I also highly recommend making your own bases from scratch - easy peasy and you'll never use store-bought bases again. Read more

Don't bake pizza without it!

I've read on numerous recipes that a pizza stone is what you need for good pizza in an electric oven. To replicate a clay wood-fired oven. It proved to be exactly that - the base is done before toppings start boiling and it also has the right amount of crispiness. The glazed surface also cleans fairly easy. That's why I say, don't bake pizza without it!

This makes the best pizza!!!! Crisp thin base with toppings of your choice in 4 to 5 minutes. Easy cleaning, no need to dust with flower or polenta.

This is my second pizza stone but it's fantastic. Not much cleaning to do once finished using. The pizza is crispy an delicious. Much better than the previous one. No staining. I would recommend wholeheartedly. Worth every cent.

We now have yummy crispy pizzas. Any residue is wiped off with a damp cloth. ust remember to put the Glazed Pizza Stone in to the cold oven when you start warming it. Buy one now and you won't regret it!

Product did not work for me, it made the pizza soggy and did not manage to crisp the base. It works better just to place the pizza on the grill.

Despite having an indoor pizza oven, the Yuppiechef pizza stone has proven to be a winner in our home. For a quick, hassle-free pizza without the need to heat up the pizza oven to 500 degrees using plenty of scarce hard, dry wood, this is the way to go. There are a few cheaper alternatives on the market that we have previously bought for friends and family, but the glazed stone with integrated handles is the winner. Read more

We bought this stone based on the glowing reviews.
Unfortunately, our newly purchased base doesn’t work as advertised. We get much crispier pizza bases just cooking on an oven rack. Despite pre-heating as instructed, our bases are never more than slightly crisp on the outer rim, with a soggy interior, no matter how long we pre-heat, or cook.
The much-trumpeted easy-cleaning glazed surface is also a joke. Impossible to remove most stains after just 4 pizzas were cooked.

This product is amazing! It's so easy to use and most importantly it is so easy to CLEAN. If you're looking to make homemade pizzas with a rustic, crispy base, then this is what you want to take. Highly recommended!

Two words... OH WOW!!! This should DEFINITELY be on every pizza lover's shopping list! It's super easy to use, a breeze to clean, and pretty to boot... I'm no longer allowed to make deep dish pizzas at home :-)

No more soggy pizzas! It works well and it seems to shorten the bake time.
Mine just has a spot where the glaze is a bit on the thin side but it does not affect the crust.

Love the fact that my pizza base is now delicious and crispy. No more soggy bottoms!
Still have to get organised that I don't end up with the entire oven being covered in Semolina so nothing sticks, but well worth the mess.

I read a multitude of reviews on pizza stones before deciding on this one. At first I wasn't sure that it would turn out crispy pizzas due to its glaze. However, I wasn't keen on a stained pizza stone as some of the reviews of the unglazed stones mentioned.
My husband adores pizzas and I wanted to get him a stone to make perfect home-fired pizzas.
This stone is the ultimate.
It creates crispy bases with a typical wood-fired look and taste. Especially since we put it over actual coals on the outside fire. We just warm it up in the oven from 0 - 100 before putting it on the fire to avoid it cracking.
The glaze means you wipe it down once after use and it's squeaky clean.

As I have only just received my stone and have only used it once with good results I think once I have used it over a period of time it will then prove its worth or not but as of now I'm very happy.
