• Top rack dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended for longevity
• Glass cup is microwave safe up to 100°C
• Rapid temperature change or heating over 100°C may cause the glass cup to shatter 
• Cork band is microwave safe but repeated microwaving may cause the cork to dry out and crumble
• Over time, the cork band will form a tight bond with the glass cup and should be removed with care
• Lid and plug are not microwave safe
• We recommend waiting 30 seconds after pouring boiling water into your cup before putting the lid on
• Keep the plug in the open position for drinks over 65°C
• Store with the lid off to avoid odour
