Worth getting one size bigger than you think you need.
This product does exactly what it says on the label! I have purchased mine to keep my sourdough starter in and even though I don't require the full 1.5 litres I think it was worth getting the slightly larger jar. The label is a nice touch and the seal works really well. I battled a bit at first to get the locking mechanism to work.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

A very useful Preserving Jar
I like to make my own preserves and jams, and very often just use old jars and bottles that have been left over, but I thought I would treat myself to one of these Kitchen Craft Jars for special occasions.
It is a very handy size and is made of nice thick glass, I was sightly disappointed as the picture makes it look like the word HOMEMADE is etched onto the glass, it was not etched on my j Read more

Love these jars
The jar is a nice size, and I just love the look of it. I'm using it to store dry ingredients. The reason I am only giving it 4/5 is because the mechanism that locks it is a little wonky.
