The Blanc de Blances Cap Classique from Bon Courage is handmade from beginning to end, and is made by the traditional 'Champagne' method, where it is only released after three years of careful cellar maturation. This Cap Classique shows great finesse on the finish, with a crisp, rich and creamy complexity.
