The Brut Reserve Cap Classique from Bon Courage is handmade from beginning to end, and is made by the traditional 'Champagne' method where it is only released after three years of careful cellar maturation. This Cap Classique boasts toasted nutty characters infused with stone fruits, complimented by rich and creamy biscuit flavours.
