Perfect shape & size
I was looking for mugs for a while and this was the perfect shape I wanted for its 'look' and when it arrived it was the perfect size too. Perfect size for holding the right amount of tea... not too much, not too little. It's white, it's durable, it's comfortable... the ideal "must-have" mug!

I have received first 6 and it was good.....second six one had an ear missing on arrival....second ear lost a day or two later....
First 6 brilliant.
Second 6.....2 ears missing already.....did you change the recipe....or the delivery man?........

Disappointing
I bought the plates, side plates and bowls in this range after seeing them in a Yuppiechef shop and am very happy with those. The mugs were out of stock, so I ordered them unseen. The mugs are disappointing. They are too large and heavy and altogether less refined than the plates. Had I known this I would not have purchased anything in the range, but chosen something else altogether.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
