A great course with simple recipes and techniques to impress
What a great course this is. The quality of the videos and the course material just keeps getting better and better. I particularly enjoy the close-up shots in the videos, as you get to see and hear the consistency and textures you're meant to aim for. It's made the learning process a lot more tactile for me. This course is amazing
I really love this course, learning lots although I am cooking for around 35 years. My husband is a very fussy eater and a health fanatic, I know this course will help me prepare tasty, healthy meals for him. Today I prepared the barley, spinach and wild mushroom salad with a vinaigrette and creamy dressing. This really turned out great. The smells, colours, textures and taste is super awesome. VRead more
