Product Info
This straight carving fork from Silverpoint is great for holding a large joint or whole roast bird in place while you carve it up.
Straight, strong tines prevent the whole thing from sliding to the floor, enabling you to cut the elegant slices you need, or to joint the whole roast bird. Brilliant.

Wüsthof Silverpoint Range
Silverpoint is the combination of Wüsthof quality, while still being cost-effective. This range is made from from high-carbon stainless steel, formulated to stay sharp and resist stains. The blades are cut by laser rather than stamped, for less stress on the metal and to retain a steel consistency that passes Wüsthof's quality control standards.
A balanced and durable ergonomic polypropylene handle is fitted before the blades are precision ground, laser checked, and tuned for reliable performance. Wüsthof Silverpoint knives feel light and precise, and are perfect for anyone looking for German-made quality and performance, at an affordable price.
Made in Germany
Wüsthof knives, scissors and kitchen tools have been made in Solingen, Germany, by the family-owned operation since 1814. The company regularly wins international awards and are given top ratings by reviews and publications. Wüsthof knives are used by national culinary teams, and famous chefs worldwide, including Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and James Martin.
Care Instructions
Dishwasher Instructions
Although some Wüsthof products are dishwasher safe, we do not recommend that your knives and scissors be put in the dishwasher. Blades can knock together, damaging them, and if not washed soon after use, corrosive food particles can damage the blade. Rather wash your knives after each use with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully and dry with a towel.
