The paring knife has a short, non-serrated blade which allows for precise cuts. It is perfect for mincing as well as cleaning and cutting fruit and vegetables.

Wüsthof Ikon Range

To own a Wüsthof Ikon knife is to own an exclusive masterpiece. Ikon handles are made of Grenadill wood, and the distinct wood grain markings makes every knife unique. Grenadill is a sustainable species that is resistant to moisture because of its extreme density, minimal porosity, and high resin content.

The forged, full tang blade has a 2/3 bolster which means that you can cut right along the full length of the blade.

Care Instructions

Dishwasher Instructions

Although some Wüsthof products are dishwasher safe, we do not recommend that your knives and scissors be put in the dishwasher. Blades can knock together, damaging them, and if not washed soon after use, corrosive food particles can damage the blade. Rather wash your knives as soon as possible after each use with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully and dry with a towel.
