This is exactly what I needed
It is large enough so that I can do anything and everything I want with it. It has a tonne of working space and the surface does seem not to indent/scar when I cut over it so I assume that means the knife won't get as blunt as quickly.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Best cutting mat out there!
It's spacious and very durable. Even the sharpest knives don't do any harm. If you are looking for a great quality cutting mat, this is the one. Pricey, but well worth its price once you start using it...
