- Extracted from a selection of fresh citrus zests and Buchu giving its distinctive aroma, harvested growing in the wild on the mid slopes of the Cape Mountains
- Pair Citrus Tonic with soda or with overtly aromatic, fruit and fynbos-forward gins; vodka or tequila and garnish with a grapefruit wheel, basil leaf, Cassia bark or mint
- Symmetry Spice Tonic
- Extracted from fragrant spices and Cape Snowbush (Kapokbos) which grows wild across the Cape — foraged from the Atlantic Coast and the dry Swartland, it is known for its herbaceous perfume and medicinal properties against coughs and colds
- Pair Spice Tonic with soda or juniper-forward, earthy gins; vodka or mezcal and garnish with rosemary, lemon zest, cassia bark or a lime wedge
- Symmetry Floral Tonic
- Extracted from lavender, chamomile and leaves from the pungently fragrant Rose-scented Pelargonium, harvested in the cooler mountain areas of the Cape, prized for its beautiful musky rose scent
- Pair Floral Tonic with soda or delicate and floral gins; vodka, Agricole rum or tequila and garnish with lime zest, cucumber, lavender, star anis or spekboom
- Pour 25-50ml of Symmetry over ice, and top up with 100-200ml of carbonated water

Symmetry Tonics are made from whole botanicals, with quinine extracted from cinchona bark. They are bottled in true concentrated form, contain minimal sugar and no preservatives.
